What we keep
When you write to the office, sign a petition or subscribe to updates, we keep what you gave us: name, phone, email, and if you chose to, your ID number and date of birth.
Why
To handle your request, to update you on what you asked about, and to make sure a petition signature is counted once. The ID number is stored encrypted and used only for verification and, when you asked us to, for acting on your behalf with the authorities.
Who sees it
The office team only. Your details are never sold or passed on, except to an authority you asked us to approach. A petition is submitted with the number of verified signatures, not with personal details.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe from updates or have it deleted. Write to the office or call, and we take care of it.
